 Gary GilbertsonAfter being a pastor for 22 years in Northfield, MN, Gary felt a stirring in his spirit to move on to something new. His spirit was arrested by the last passage in the Old Testament, where Prepare Ministries' vision comes from. Gary currently teaches at many of the campuses and mentors many of the male students.

 David and Catherine Olson With their 5 children, David and Catherine have done campus ministry for 9 years at St. Olaf and Gustavus Adolphus the past two. David leads weekly large group Bible Studies, mentors students, works with the leadership teams and leads international mission trips.

 Margo PewMargo has known Gary and Stella for many years. She began working with Prepare four years ago. She does many things, but her main gift is prayer ministry. She comes to many of the campuses and speaks into the students' lives. Margo also does many administrative and organizational tasks.

 John WeberJohn is leading the Gustavus group on Wednesdays called "Hard Questions" They dig through the questions most people are afraid to even approach. John continues to be a great resource to ask and answer questions backed up by tons of scripture.

 Courtney NoeckerCourtney, a 2006 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus, joins Prepare having recently finished a Youth With A Mission Discipleship Training School and working at an orphanage in Latin America. She is very excited to be a part of God's work on college campuses.

 Brian DueberBrian continues to do an excellent job of keeping Prepare moving. He is behind the scenes, but keeps record of the finaces of Prepare and makes sure the staff are able to keep working on the campuses.

 Tom CrokeTom is a recent graduate from St. Cloud State. He began working with Prepare in the summer of 2006. He is working with Charlie at the U of M and continues to work on improving the Prepare website (which often drives him up the wall...).

 Charlie OgesbyCharlie has recently moved on from Prepare to follow a calling to work with orphans. We're excited to see where God takes him. He's now with New Mercies Ministries.
